This ceilidh will be at St. Matthew's Church Hall on Tay Street, Perth

This will be a live, in person Cèilidh!!!

There are no tickets 
Pay on the door - £5
We will start at 7.30pm

We will have a variety of performers - musicians, singers and step-dancers!!

which is in Perth from the 14-22nd October 2022
 

 

Cèilidhs

The Society holds Cèilidhs once a month over the winter at St. Matthew’s Church Hall, Tay St., Perth, where you can hear a variety of Gaelic singers and instrumentalists,

but no dancing.

The Society encourages young members of Perth and District Pipe Band to play at the cèilidhs.

The Perth Pipe Band is led by the Society’s Honorary Piper - Pipe Major Alastair Duthie. Admission is £6 for Members and £7 for Non-Members – for an evening’s entertainment plus refreshments!

Membership for a year is £3 - fantastic value!!

November 2018 - our singers were Wilma Kennedy, D.I. Brown, Shona Brown,Calum Alex MacMillan,our fiddler was Rose Logan and our piper was Jack Liddle.

September 2018

 March 2019 singers were Alasdair Whyte, Callum Angus MacDonald, Marcel Gurillo,our fiddler was Alison Ewan and Katie Duthie was our piper.

 The Perth Gaelic Choir came in October and Aileen Ogilvie also sang and Katie Duthie played the pipes.
